I ordered from them since they returned online and everything for my '14 SGS came through fine. Bill Sparks is still there.

The ordering system is back up but the discounts are lower and they don't advertise free shipping anymore. I used them a couple of times, but my last three orders went to Kutter and Surdyke. Everything went well and they have better communication and discounts than lshd1.

I switched my last two orders to Surdyke. Just bought a service manual for my '14 and LSHD wanted $14 just to ship it. got it from surdyke for the same discount and $7 shipping. I hope the new owners go back to the way it was or they are going to see a big drop in business I'd think. I have orders thousands of $ of stuff from LSHD in the past

True on some things, but you have to factor shipping into the equation too. Kutter beat Surdyke on my last order because of shipping. It really pays to check both.

a higher price and lower volume will not work with the current competition, maybe they reduced the work force to compensate, or maybe it's just the dozen or so of us here that shop around. I have no reason to ever order again under their current policy.

I find that Kutter is usually cheaper when factoring in shipping charges. Fast shipping and good communication also helps.
