2007 night train chain conversion
i got a 2007 night train with the 200 tire and need a chain conversion for the secondary drive. Whats out there? anybody do this already? If so let me know what company you uses and part numbers if possible. I need to get the bike done in 2 weeks so any help would be great! reason for doing the conversion is that i keep shearing teeth off the belts when doing hole shots. went through 3 belts and 1 pulley.

well its been a year since i have done the conversion to chain, and ended up having to pick and choose parts and machine my own spacer since nobody still makes a full kit for the 200mm softails I went with a .200 offset baker front sprocket, flat 54 tooth pbi rear sprocket and an ek chain, i used my belt pully for the spacer and machined it down to .650". As far as maintenance only one adjustment was needed at 5k on it, but fully cleaned and lubed every 1k. Sprocket wear is minimal and will probabbly have to replace at the end of the year but no prob there. All the mods that have been done to the bike this is by far one of the best things i have done.
