Has anyone cracked open the HK radio and changed the color of the backlighting? I want to ditch that hideous orange for somethign more soothing. Like blue or green.

If so, is it easy? How do you do it? and could you show pics?

Ya, I can't read mine at night no matter where the contrast is set

 

I have no trouble reading mine, but would love to have a blue background.

Very curious to see the pic. Would be nice to get that blue background.

 

Requires the change of 41 surface mount LCD's. Iron Cross Audio will be working on it this fall to determine if it's not to time consuming to be feasible and financially reasonable.
