We went to the Summer Shootout last year, (3rd weekend in June) and had a BLAST! About 80,000 folks partying non-stop, didn't get much sleep. Never heard a harsh word the whole weekend, everyone was just having a great time. There were about 300 vendors and plenty of nice camping spots. Got to watch some awesome drag bikes in action.

$20.00 per person covers camping and the races for the weekend.

We're planning on going back this year.
