I just wanted to say that I bought my bike new at Classic and what great service and professionalism they have. I went out of my way to buy my bike with them, I live about 30 miles from there and have a local dealer here in Lancaster who I don't care to deal with.
You should stop by and check the place out if you get a chance!

 

You haven't had great service yet.Selling the bike to you was the easy part.The great service will come later if any problems arise and you have to deal with the service department.

 

No, I agree! I have had all of my services up to my 10,000 mile done there with no issues at all and great service.
Hell, they even picked my bike up for the last one because I had to work!

Sorry, but I hate that dealership.

 

They have a long standing bad reputation with their service dept. No sure how they are now. I've been taking my bikes to Schaeffer's HD since 1978.
