Question Exhaust Experience

It may be far away now but we all know time flies when you're havin' fun so already starting planning for my big winter project for the end of the year (assuming funding will be in place!) which includes S&S gear driven cam, Head work and bigger valves and pistons. I am also thinking that I might go ahead and go with a 2 into 1. I'm not a big fan of the way they sound but the performance can't be ignored!

So, the primary question here is, has anyone heard of or had experience with Drago Bike Works pipes? Particularly, I am considering the Dragula model.

Here's the info from thier website:

Dragos Dragula 2:1 Exhaust come in Chrome or Black

•2-Year warranty
•10-Year warranty on headers only
•Spiral cut headers inside for turbine flow
•Dual ceramic coating inside and out 4mls thick
•Dual 02 bungs std.
• Made With 16-Gauge Steel
•Year models 1999 to 2013
•Chrome or Black Heat shields std.
•Choice of Tips; Slash or Straight Tip
• Our Three-Step Headers Measure: 1.75" -1.875" -2.00" To 2.55" Collector To Our Dragula Style 4.05-Inch Muffler
•Choice Of Baffles; 2.3-inch, 2.55-inch or 3.05-inch
•The 2.3-Inch baffle is good for horsepower range of 65 to 120 horsepower
•The 2.55-inch baffle is good for horsepower range of 75 to 140 horsepower
•The 3.05-inch baffle is good for horsepower range 125 to 200 horsepower
•Standard Price: $680.00

Any thoughts or input?

I'm also weighing the D&D Fatcat, V&H Pro Pipe and the Rhinehart 2 into 1.

Let's hear it!

Lots of positive reviews on dragos pipes, I belive the dragula is for touring models only unless he's got a new non touring model recently.

Quite the opposite for me, I didn't like the looks of a 2 into 1, but when I really sat back and listened to one, I loved it.

I had the impression that Dragos only made pipes for Touring bikes, but I could be wrong...

Call Drago and talk to him. From everything I've ever read on here, he is a stand up guy and will answer all your questions.
