I have a Sony head unit with the RF 300X2 and Hertz speaker. I have it on AP and the gain is set just under 5 with no distortion and it's clear. I had it at 5 and it was just a bit much for me. It's very loud standing still because I had some people say it's lounder then some cars and clean sound. At 80 you can hear it but the wind noise is present.
