So where is the cheapest place to get the amp and speakers? Are yall using a "kit" to wire to battery or just making one up?

Looks like about $300 for everything on Ebay....minus wiring and speaker adapters.

my amp ..... EBAY $169.00
my Polks......EBAY $118.00
my ARC adapters ... locally $45.00

doesnt take any special wiring , had that at home ... about 4 feet of #10AWG black and Red (power/ground wires ) , an inline 30amp fuse , and about 10 foot of #14AWG wire for speakers ....

All you need to buy is some red 10 ga. for power, Black for ground, a fuse to put in line with the power.

The RF amp will turn on with your radio when using the existing speaker outputs from the HK so no turn on lead is needed.

Cut the speaker wires coming out of the HK deck and hook them up to the inputs on the RF amp. Then run speaker wire out of the amp to the two speakers. Don't see a need for a kit when it is that simple.

Bought the amp for $169 shipped from a supplier on EBAY.
