Either you have really bad luck, or somethings not wired right, judging by the buzzing sound, I'd say somethings not right. The amp should not be grounded to the battery, find a spot on the frame (the front gas tank mount is usually good) scrape the paint, make sure you have a good ground. Also just out of curiousity your spreakers aren't grounded are they, or none of the output wires from the amp or head unit?
The battery is as good a ground as any. When you ground something to the frame, the frame is simply a part of the circuit connected to the battery to create the ground.
Anything that is grounded to the frame could alternately be grounded to the battery and will function properly.

Why not?

The thing that gets me is I have ran 2 other amps with same wiring and everything and they were fine....
And both of the RF amps played fine until all of a sudden they started buzzing through the speakers.
speakers aren't grounded I actually rerun all my wiring today before installing the 2nd RF amp just to make sure. But it played for about 35 seconds and started buzzing... I hadn't even touched gains or anything yet. And amp wasn't hot or anything.
