Reprogram VCI without Internet connection
Ok, so I'm going to "visit" my bike in winter storage this weekend and want to plug my SEPST into it, reprogram the VCI, and maybe even upload a map. The problem is I see a lot of references to perhaps having to download updates for the VCI from the Internet. If my Super Tuner software is currently up to date will it also include the most current VCI program? If not, can I download it prior to getting to the dealership where the bike is being stored? I have a portable WiFi device but who knows if it'll work in the garage.
Any guidance is appreciated....

When the PC is connected to the internet, you can check for updates. It will download the install package which may include a VCI update and upgrade the software. Later when the VCI is connected to the bike and powered, it will update the VCI.
There will be a VCI update in Feb.

Thanks very much. I've done the updates locally so it looks like I should be good to go!
Once again, thanks for the info!
